Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before purchasing items that include special purchase options such as pre-orders, subscriptions, made-to-order, or personalized products.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production or fulfillment has not yet started.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase unless the item has already entered production or has shipped.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our return policy for return eligibility.
